ADC Racing

ADC Racing was first formed by Alex with support from Tony when Alex started racing on a Suzuki RGV250 in 2001. Since then we have gone on to make the team a bit bigger after Tony took up racing in 2004 competing in the Sound of Thunder class at Darley Moor MCRRC and other venues.

Alex has competed in the F400 class at Darley Moor and other circuits and over the years has campaigned various bikes culminating in the ZXR400R which he now races. We tune and prepare the bike ourselves (with a little help here and there where needed). The current machine was purchased as a road going machine and has been completely stripped and rebuilt to its current specification. Without spending thousands of pounds Alex has a competitive bike running in the top 10 regularly at Darley Moor. He has also done well at other circuits.

Tony had a mediocre set of results running the Triumph 955i with a fourth position in the SoT at Darley Moor being the best finish, but in the middle of the 2007 season had a serious accident which has stopped his racing completely. We also fully prepared this machine from a bike bought second user from another racer. By the time we had finished the only parts left off the original machine were the frame and wheels. We also fitted a Suzuki GSX-R1000 K4 full front end to it.During his short career and subsequent hospitalization he was fully supported by the members of T595.net, a bulletin board for Triumph aficionados.

For this year (2008) we are supporting Antony Porter in the F650 class at Darley Moor. Antony won the class in 2007 at Darley Moor and for this year has purchased a new machine which we have helped to prepare.

Please look at our calendar page for information as to when and where we will be racing this year.
